What is an Enrolled Agent (EA)?
An Enrolled Agent is a person who is federally licensed to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. Enrolled Agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards. EAs, like attorneys and CPAs, have unlimited practice rights; however, an EA's expertise is taxation. We are unrestricted as to which taxpayers we can represent, and what types of tax matters we can handle.

How does Tax Relief work?
Tax Relief is a 3-Step Process:
Step 1
Investigation and Analysis
We'll conduct an investigation by pulling your IRS transcripts for a clear picture of your tax situation.
-
You'll be invited to our secure online portal, where you'll complete a questionnaire and upload documents needed to complete our analysis.
-
Once complete, you'll receive a follow-up consultation and detailed Tax Relief Report with options available to stop collection activities and resolve your
tax problem.
Step 2
The Game Plan
During your follow-up consultation, we’ll discuss the details of our analysis and tax relief options available along with the relevant fees. As you decide to move forward, we’ll develop a strategy based on the option you’ve selected.
Step 3
Representation
We’ll represent you before the IRS, handling the matter on your behalf in order to resolve your tax problem.
What Tax Relief options do I have?
There may be multiple options available to you based on the outcome of our analysis of your tax situation and financial circumstances, such as:
Simple Installment Agreement:
A long-term payment plan that allows you to pay off a tax debt of $50,000 or less in combined tax, penalties, and interest through monthly payments.
Non-Streamlined Installment Agreement (NSIA):
A long-term payment plan used when you cannot pay your tax debt in full immediately and owe more than the threshold for a simple installment agreement, but your financial situation shows you can pay the debt off over time.
Partial Payment Installment Agreement (PPIA):
A payment plan used when you cannot afford to pay your full tax debt before the collection period expires. In a PPIA, you'll make monthly payments based on your ability to pay, rather than the total amount of tax debt owed.
Currently Not Collectible (CNC):
A status granted by the IRS when you can demonstrate genuine financial hardship, proving you are unable to pay anything without sacrificing your ability to cover necessary basic living expenses.
Offer In Compromise (OIC):
An agreement with the IRS to settle your tax debt for less than the total amount owed, intended for your inability to pay your full tax liability or facing financial hardship considering your ability to pay, aiming to accept the highest amount the IRS can realistically collect.
